StoneSQ started out as a 2 piece metal band from the south of England in 2019 with Si on Guitar/Vocals and Marc on Drums/Vocals. As their songwriting evolved, Si and Marc realised the need to add a bass player and as a result Chris joined in 2023 to make StoneSQ a 3 piece.
The band have a load of inspirations from the world of metal, rock and dance music and create music with a groove. Influences include Helmet, Faith No More, Prodigy, Karma to Burn, Kyuss, Prong, DJ Shadow among others.
